We will reach out within 48 business hours to schedule your free 20-minute Discovery Call with our founder. If you prefer not to have a call, we can provide additional details through email. Once the contract is signed and your deposit is paid, we'll confirm your project schedule, and start the onboarding process.

We do! Our payment terms are 50% before work begins to secure your booking, and 50% when the website ownership is handed over.
If you need a longer payment plan option we suggest making smaller payments before your project is scheduled to begin. We’ll keep your project booked out on our calendar and ready to start when you are.

Our packages and services DO NOT INCLUDE your domain name or website hosting fees. If you have not already purchased a domain name (URL) for your website, we can help you with this. Additionally, Squarespace requires a monthly hosting fee, which is due upon launching your website. Our services require at least a business-level plan, but you can view all plans and pricing here.
As a Squarespace Circle Certified Designer, we are delighted to be able to offer our clients a 20% discount on the first year of Squarespace hosting when paid annually, as well as other Squarespace discounts.
You may also need to purchase font and image licenses depending on the branding, imagery, and logo design you select, but this isn’t always a requirement. Should you choose to integrate email marketing services, e-commerce capabilities, are additional plug-ins and services, there may be associated monthly service costs.

We have found that our clients have the best ease and success using Squarespace!
We like that Squarespace doesn’t require constant plugin updates, site backups, and maintenance management (unlike Wordpress, Wix, and ShowIt).
We want our clients to have a very user-friendly backend experience so that they can feel confident taking ownership of their full online presence. We also love that Squarespace is an all-in-one platform that includes your URL, hosting, and website template, with E-commerce and email marketing capabilities so you don’t have to juggle multiple outlets as you grow!
